    How do I open a 1bet Account?

    In order to register your personal 1bet Account, you will have to click on any link or banner titled “Open Account” or “Join us” and to fill out your personal details in the registration form.     To alter some of the account’s information you need to go to My account -> Details. If you do not find the details you need to adjust in the form, you need to reach us by e-mail csd@1bet.com or Live Chat and specify the changes you need to make to your account and we will assist you further.

    What kind of currency can I choose for my 1bet Account?

    Can I change the currency in my account?

    A change of currency is technically impossible, should you need for your account to be in a different currency than what you have selected upon your registration, you must open a new 1bet account with the desired currency and immediately notify us by e-mail at csd@1bet.com or Live chat. Once we receive this notification from you, we will close your old account and you may proceed to enjoy your new one.

    I can’t remember my 1bet username and/or password. What should I do?

    What do I do if I lost or forgot my username and/or password?

    How can I change my password?

    How do I access ‘My account’?

    After you have logged-in you can then access the ‘My Account’ page. The ‘My Account’ section contains Personal information and account information.

    Which deposit methods are accepted?

    1Bet.com allows you to fund your 1Bet.com account with a wide range of payment options. You can do so either by bank wire, credit card, e-wallet companies and/or prepaid cards. For the detailed list of options, check out the “Deposit” page.

    How do I withdraw my winnings?

    In order to withdraw, you need to click on the “Withdraw” link, on the upper blue slip. Then follow the simple instructions to complete the process.

    PLEASE NOTE: the “Withdraw” transaction is debiting only your casino balance. Therefore, if all of your money lies in the sports balance, make sure you first make a funds transfer, from sports to casino.

    How do I know how much money do I have?

    Once logged-in, you can view your Casino balance and your sports balance on the upper slip of your screen.

    How do I transfer money between my casino account and my sports account?

    In order to transfer money between the casino account and the sports account, click on “Fund transfer” under My Account in the upper right section of the website.

    Under “Transfer funds to sports” enter the amount of money you wish to transfer to the sports account, and then click on “Deposit” to finalize.

    Accordingly, transferring money to your casino account will be executed by entering the desired amount of money under the “Transfer funds back from sports”.

    No fees or extra cost will be deducted from your account.
     

  • Placing Bets

    How do I place a bet?

    To make a single bet, choose the desired event, from the ‘Sports’ menu. Then, click on the odds you wish to bet. A betting slip will automatically appear on the upper left side of the screen, showing your selection details. You may now enter the amount of money you wish to bet, by clicking on the appropriate box. Please double check your bet details and then click on the “process bet” button. After the system message appears, you will need to reconfirm your bet to finalize it.

    How do I place an In-Play bet?

    Choose the “Live” tab at the sports section. Follow the instructions of “How do I place a bet”. Please notice that odds can change while you place your bet if a system message indicates so.

    What is the minimum or maximum bet I can place?

    The minimum wager depends on the currency you opened your account with.

    The maximum wager can vary between sports, leagues, and bets.

    You can view both minimum and maximum stakes on the bet slip.

    How do I know if my transaction was successful?

    Upon completing your deposit, an updated balance will appear automatically in your 1Bet account. The only exception to this rule is when completing a bank transfer, in which case the funds will appear as soon as the funds are received by 1Bet.

    How do I place an accumulator?

    Accumulator means placing a number of bets (minimum number of bets allowed is 3) as a single wager, in which case you have to win all bets in order to claim your gain. Once you lose one of the bets, you lose your whole wager in the accumulator.

    In order to place an accumulator, click on the “Mix parlay” section, and follow the “How do I place a bet?” instructions.

    How long does it take for bets to be settled?

    At 1Bet, our goal is to settle bets as quickly as possible for you. In case that an event required official confirmation of the results as a necessity, 1bet promises to complete this process and send the information and results as soon as possible.

    How do I know if I won?

    To inquiry about bets won, click on the tab labeled “Betting history”; this should appear near the top of the Homepage. At this point, you will be able to view settled and unsettled bets. This includes telephone and instant bets placed. To view any transfers made, account adjustments, deposits, and withdrawals, you may do so by clicking on “Payment history”. In the event that a bet has been returned or refunded the bet amount will be added to your account balance.

    Where can I view my bets?

    In order to view your bets, click on the “Waiting & cancelled bets” slip under the games menu.
