  • 1. Applicability of the Terms and Conditions:
    1.1. Once choosing "Agree" you (the customer) have accepted these terms and conditions. By agreeing to these the terms, you (the customer) are bound by the company's rules and regulations, and privacy policy.

    1.2. 1BET reserves the rights to terminate the terms and conditions, rules and regulations, and privacy policy at any point and time, without prior notice to the customer. With respect to you (the customer) 1BET will strive to make a reasonable effort to inform you about any changes.

    1.3. The customer holds all responsibility to periodically check and update himself with the terms and conditions. 1BET advises all customers to keep themselves informed as frequent as possible. All bets will be recorded according to the time they are placed and will be subject to the relevant version of the terms and conditions agreement.

    1.4. The English version of the terms and conditions, rules and regulations, and privacy policy will always prevail over any translated version.
     
  • 2. Customer Representations:

    2.1. Once you accept the terms and conditions, you (the customer) have confirmed that you are over the age of 18, or the age of consent in your respective country of jurisdiction and are considered able to take full responsibility for all actions that are required by the terms and conditions. 1Bet reserves the right to request valid proof of identity which would verify the customer's age. 1BET has the power of attorney to terminate any account that causes reasonable suspicions pertaining to a minor. 1BET reserves all rights to void any betting transactions involving any minors.

    2.2. Customers should be aware of any laws or bylaws which prohibit online gambling and/or online gaming active or relevant to their place of residence. Should this be the case the customer WILL NOT BE GRANTED ACCESS to the website at any time if the customer is:

    a. located within the residence of a jurisdiction that prohibits gambling

    b. a citizen of a nation or nation-state that strictly prohibits gambling.

    c. is a citizen of the following countries or jurisdictions which collectively prohibit gambling:

    ·         United Kingdom

    ·         Bulgaria

    ·         Turkey

    ·         Israel

    ·         The United States of America

    ·         France

    ·         Cyprus

    ·         Denmark

    ·         Spain    

    2.3. The customer further accepts and agrees with the Company that:

    a. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that he/she is compliant with the national and/or local laws before entering registration with 1BET or placing bets for that manner. 1BET encourages its customer's to seek legal advice prior to registering or placing bets. Should a customer breach a national or local law, 1BET does not hold any responsibility pertaining to any such matters.

    2.4. The customer and prohibited jurisdictions may not at any time use the services or products offered by the company.

    2.5. The customer agrees and condones that the purpose and use of the website are their sole responsibility and risk. The customer acknowledges and accepts that at any point the customer may lose money on a bet placed. The customer, therefore, accepts full responsibility for any losses.

    2.6. The customer agrees that he may not represent himself as an agent or affiliate of 1BET, without a prior written statement from the company. In accordance, the customer will in no way market, advertise, promote or publicize the company, without a prior written consent from the company.

    2.7. The customer agrees not to make any attempts to attack, hack, make unauthorized alterations to, or introduce any form of malicious codes to the website. Moreover, the customer will not:

    (a) Reverse-engineer or decompile any software available through the website

    (b) Make copies, modifications, reproductions, transmissions, alterations, or distributions of all or any parts of the website.

    (c) Disclose account information to a third party

    (d) Cheat, deceive, trick, misinform, or defraud 1BET in any such way that is abusive.

    Should 1BET find faulty behavior or failure to abide the terms and conditions, 1BET reserves all rights to freeze or suspend the customer's account(s), void all wagers and to withhold or decline payment(s) to any of these customers, as determined by the Company in its sole and absolute discretion.

    2.8. It is the customer’s utmost responsibility to inform 1BET of any errors in customer payments received by, or payment paid to, the company.

    2.9. The customer will is not permitted to authorize any other persons or third party to the use of 1BET'S service, the use of the customer's account or to accept any winnings on their behalf. 

    2.10. Any winnings that are taxable or required by law to be disclosed will be reported by the customer to the proper authorities of 1BET. 1BET is not liable if the customer fails to do so.

    2.11. 1BET and all affiliates are not to be held responsible for any liabilities, damages, losses, cost, and expenses, including legal fees, to which the customer fully agrees and consents to.

  • 3. Account and Personal Information

    3.1. Any customer deposits can only be processed through pre-approved payment methods which are available on the website. In the event that a payment is made through authorized payment solutions, a statement written prior must be approved to do so in order for consent.

    3.2. Accessing 1BET's betting services is done by the customer who must always log in to the website with an opened and registered account.

    3.3. Upon registration, the customer will provide all relevant personal information. All information must be truthful and consistently be up to date. Failure to do so will result in the termination and closure of the customer's account and all money will be forfeited.

    1BET reserves the right to refuse or deny potential customers to whom any information is perceived suspicious. Only once a customer is registered are they permitted to use company services and bet within limitations that are laid out for their account.

    1BET reserves the right to demand personal documentation such as Passport copy, bank statement, credit card Photograph and/ or any other document that is necessary to proof the customer's identity. Refusing to provide the requested documents will cause the account to be blocked and/or rejection of any attempt to withdraw money.

    3.4. A Customer may open only one account on the Website and with the Company. Any additional accounts that are opened may be closed by the Company, withholding or declining all payments or in other cases, all such accounts may be treated as one joint account and merged together by the Company, in either case at the Company's sole and absolute discretion. The Customer agrees that the Company shall use any method it deems reasonable to determine if two or more accounts belong to the same Customer.

    3.5. Once a customer is considered a 'registered' customer, they will be presented with a username and password, which are used solely by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure and maintain that all personal and confidential information persists to be disclosed. Should the customer feel that their account information security has been compromised the customer must notify 1BET immediately. Should any bets or requests be placed at that time the account access information is considered valid. 

    3.6. If the customer suspects that their account has been misused, it is the customer's responsibility to inform 1BET as soon as possible so that the account can be suspended. 1BET is not liable or to be held responsible if there should be a delay in the suspension of the account. Bets or requests made online will be voided only after 1BET has been notified of а possible misuse. You can inform 1BET of any misuse of your account via the "contact us" section on the website.

    3.7 If 1BET believes there has been a breach of security or a misuse of the account, the customer may be required to change their password or account access information.

    3.8. 1BET holds the discretion to perform random security checks in order to maintain the highest level of security and make sure all measures to protect customer funds are in place. The customer, therefore, accepts that 1BET may require further or additional information to verify and maintain the highest level of security.

    3.9. It is the customer's responsibility to check their account balance each time they access 1BET's website. This way they will be able to identify any discrepancies that may have occurred. In the event of a discrepancy it is the customer's sole responsibility to inform 1BET at their earliest convenience. Should the customer fail to notify 1BET within 30 days of the discrepancy then the customer has forthwith forfeited the right to any adjustments and the account will remain at the stated balance. The customer can inform 1BET of any account discrepancies by using the "contact us" section of the website.

    3.10. 1BET reserves the right to close or terminate a customer's account, and refund or withhold a balance from that account without further explanation to the customer if foul play has been suspected. Outstanding bets will be honored, only if those were properly placed by the customer in accordance with the terms and conditions.

    3.11. A customer can withdraw money from his account only if and when 1BET has confirmed that the account is eligible for performing withdrawals.

    3.12 A customer can withdraw money from his account using bank transfer only once a month. Otherwise, 1Bet reserve the right to charge a fee of 5-8% per transaction.

    3.12.1 1Bet charge no fees for bank transfers. Hence, the minimum withdrawal using bank transfer is €500.

    3.12.2 Since withdrawing via credit cards often fails due to problems/restrictions on the credit card companies’ side, 1Bet will not be responsible for any of these delays. 1Bet strongly recommends that customers use one of the E-wallets available on the site for fast withdrawals.

    3.13 A customer can withdraw up to €10,000 from his account per week.

    Customer’s maximum winning amount per day can’t exceed 150,000 euros.

    A VIP customer can withdraw up to €100,000 from his account per month.

    Players can only withdraw money using the same payment method they had used for deposits. (Exceptions: MasterCard; Paysafecard)

    3.13.1 Your third withdrawal in a month will be charged a fee of 3-5% of the withdrawal amount. No further withdrawals will be approved during the same month.

    3.14 A customer can withdraw money from his account only after he has rolled over each of his deposits at least 5 times before attempting to make a withdrawal. Rollover must be completed with odds greater than 1.6 (sports betting). If playing in the casino, a player needs to roll over his deposit at least 10 times. If the player doesn’t meet this requirement, 1Bet reserves the right to charge the account up to 8%. In any case, the customer will not be able to withdraw his funds before he rolled his deposit over at least 3 times (whether in the casino or sportsbook). Note that all draw, and cancelled bets or bets placed on all outcomes in an event are not considered towards the calculation of the turnover, the rule applies to all running bets as well.

    3.15. A customer may close their account at any point and time but this can only be done by the customer informing 1BET of their intention in writing. This must be done through the "contact us" section of the website. When a customer decides to close their account, the customer must immediately stop using the website. Only after 1BET has notified the customer of the closure of their account will the customer no longer be liable for any bets and they will be therefore voided and nulled.

    3.16. The customer holds the responsibility to actively maintain their own account. Should an account be inactive for 6 consecutive months or longer, 1BET reserves all rights to terminate the customer's account and therefore; all outstanding balances are forfeited. 

    3.17 Credit card withdrawals – In order to process Credit Card withdrawal requests, we require the following Id documents due to security reasons:

    1. Photographs of both sides of your identity card or driver's license, or photographs of your passport.

    2. Photograph of back and front of your credit card.

    3. Bank account statement or utility bill.

    3.18 1Bet reserves the right to review transaction records and logs whenever needed, for any reason.

    In case that following these reviews the account is identified or suspected as a result of non-recreational play type or wager style or collaboration between parties, all winnings and/or bonuses will be revoked at the sole discretion of 1BET.

  • 4. Terms of Bet Acceptance

    4.1. 1BET will only accept bets that are performed by registered customers which are made online via 1BET's website.

    4.2. A bet will only be considered placed and accepted once it has reached 1BET's gaming server in the jurisdiction where 1BET's gaming server resides. 1BET will notify the customer through the website if and when the bet has been accepted and placed. A bet is considered completed only upon acceptance and when recorded in the residence of 1BET's gaming jurisdiction. 

    4.3. Once the customer has placed a bet successfully on the website, the customer will be notified electronically with a notice of confirmation and record of the bet placed by 1BET.

    4.4. Bets that are not transmitted in full are considered void and nulled. Bets that are interrupted due to technical issues are considered an exception.

    4.5. Bets that have been placed cannot be changed and/or cancelled by the customer. In the event that the customer has placed a bet and then cancelled it, the customer is advised to check the betting list to make sure that the bet placed has in fact been cancelled. This can be done in the menu bar. In the event that there is a dispute the customer is advised to notify 1BET before the bet is finalized. 1BET will then investigate any disputes and resolve them as 1BET sees fit.

    4.6. All transactions that are placed electronically will be recorded in the interest of the customer. If and when a dispute is placed and cannot be resolved 1BET will store this dispute as evidence if similar measures are required in the future.

    4.7. 1BET reserves the right to suspend or prohibit any betting on any market at any point and time without prior notice to the customer. Should the customer attempt to bet and enter a bet their attempt will be rejected.

    4.8. 1BET reserves the right to suspend, refuse or reject any part of a bet or a whole bet without explanation to the customer if it is suspected that the account involved could inflict damage or loss of any kind to the customer or to 1BET. 1BET holds these rights in the event of an investigation or a breach of the terms and conditions.

    4.9. 1BET is not to be held responsible if a bet cannot be placed or is not placed successfully due to equipment failure, or failure in telecommunication.

    4.10. 1BET holds no responsibility or liability for bets that are placed with errors.

    4.11. Bets can be placed up until a stated deadline. In the event that a bet is placed after which the deadline is placed then consequently all bets are voided and annulled.

    4.12. Bets that are placed by credit card or debit card by the customer are not valid until the payment has been received by 1BET. In the event that the bet has been placed and commenced before the authorized payment has been accepted the bet in question is voided and nulled.

    4.13. The customer's account must always be in a positive balance or in excess amount for the customer to be able to place bets. Should this not be the case all placed bets will be considered void.

    4.14. All prices and lines that are displayed on the website are subject to change. 1BET reserves the right to change all information displayed at any point in time without prior notice or explanation. At this point, 1BET reserves the right to change or void bets placed that are not in accordance with the updated information.

    4.15. There is a different maximum amount limit for bets placed on different markets. The maximum limits of bets are subject to change without prior notice, and are the sole discretion of 1BET.

    4.16. In association and compliance with any applicable law, 1BET may require the user to submit evidence of the customer's identity before a withdrawal request is approved.

  • 5. Company Conduct and Limitation of Liability

    5.1. All winnings and/or losses will be reflected in the customer's account preceding confirmation of the final results. 1BET reserves the right to choose the source of the final results as deemed appropriate.

    5.2. It is the customer's responsibility to notify 1BET of any errors in the customer’s account, should there be any funds that were credited or debited in error. Sums that are credited in error to the customer's account are invalid and must be returned immediately. Funds that are credited in error may not be disputed and 1BET reserves all right to void any transaction, including bets.

    5.3. 1BET is not responsible or liable for any typographical, technical or human error in the postings of odds and/or handicaps. In the event of such an error 1BET holds the right to void any affected bets in order to correct the error.

    5.4. 1BET is under no circumstance to be held responsible or liable in equity, contract, tort, negligence, or any other theory of law for any damages or losses whether they are direct or indirect from any errors that may have occurred on the 1BET website.

    5.5. 1BET is not responsible for any breach of contract of the terms and conditions caused by any circumstances that are beyond any feasible control.

    5.6. 1BET reserves the right to withdraw the website and/or elements of the website and/or elements of the website at any time. 

  • 6. Use of the Website

    6.1. 1BET reserves the right to restrict any customer's ability to use of the website, to suspend or terminate an account, to void any bets, and to forfeit or withhold funds. Customers acknowledge that if their place of residence does not lawfully permit any form of gambling the customer takes full responsibility for their actions and 1BET is not liable or responsible for any actions that the customer may undertake.

    6.2. 1BET reserves the rights to void any or all bets made by and/ or to withhold payments payable to any person, groups of legal entities, as a syndicate or pending any outcomes of a subsequent investigation by the proper authorities.

    6.3. In the event of fraudulent or money laundering customer activity, 1BET is entitled to void bets, withhold and forfeit money in the customer's account and to terminate the customer's account. In the event that any other customers are involved in said activity they will be subject to the same consequences. 1BET will void bets placed therein.

    6.4. "Wrongdoings" and/or "fraud" are attempts to: wrongfully deliberately or knowingly transfer funds from a third party's account or funds that are not lawfully owned, an act of omission, causing harm to the company or any third party, false personal information, "chip dumping", fraudulent fund transfers, and allowing minors to access 1BET and any such will not be tolerated by 1BET and the customer, therefore, risks having their account terminated and investigated, and therein all parties involved.   

  • 7. General Rules and Specific Event Rules

    7.1. The following terms apply to the Online Casino:

    7.1.1. This includes but is not limited to: online casino, online bingo, online poker room, progressive jackpot games, and any other games where applicable. Software refers to any program or data that is used for the purpose of the online casino and may require download (where applicable).

    7.1.2. 1BET grants the customer the personal non-exclusive and non-transferrable right to the use the software, for the purpose of playing and participating in online casino activities or any other online games.

    7.1.2.1. The customer is NOT permitted to:

    a. install or load the software to any server or network device;

    b. sub-license, assign, rent, lease, loan, transfer, or copy the license of use of 1BET's software or to distribute it;

    c. translate, decompile, and disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise modify the software;

    d. copy or translate any electronic or online provided documentation;

    e. enter, access or attempt to enter or access security systems or interfere in any way with them;

    7.1.2.2. To be clear the customer does not own the software. The software is owned by 1BET. The software is exclusive in its form to 1BET. The customer's use of the software does not provide the customer with any ownership or rights.

    7.1.2.3. 1BET'S SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT ANY RESOUNDING WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, UNDERSTAKINGS OF REPRESENTATIONS, OR OTHERWISE. ALL WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUDED.

    7.1.2.4. 1BET DOES NOT WARRANT OR IS TO BE LIABLE OR HELD RESPONSIBLE IF THERE ARE SYSTEM OR SERVICE VIRUSES. IN THE EVENT OF SUCH ERRORS 1BET RESERVES ALL RIGHTS TO REMOVE GAMES FROM THE SOFTWARE AND WEBSITE AND TAKE FURTHER ACTIONS IF NECESSSARY.

    7.1.2.5. The customer acknowledges and takes full liability that the software is used at their own risk and that 1BET is in no way liable to the customer for any sort of damage inflicted (except for personal injury or death resulting from our negligence).

    7.1.2.6. The software may include information that is confidential and valuable to the software provider and/or 1BET. The customer, therefore, is obliged to not use or disclose the information and to strictly adhere to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

    7.1.3. The customer agrees that they have read and fully understand the End-User License Agreement. The customer, therefore, is aware of all terms and conditions and agrees with all amendments and updates.

    7.1.4. The customer agrees to all payments due and accepts the responsibility to pay them in full to 1BET or to any third party. The customer agrees to not make charge-backs and/or renounce, cancel, or reverse any of the customer's due payments, therefore, the customer agrees to refund and compensate 1BET for any unpaid payments.

    7.1.5. In the event of any such dispute in reference to a wager or a winning bet, 1BET will make the binding and final decision.

    7.1.6. 1BET reserves the right to withhold any payout or winnings until the identity of the winning person is verified.

    7.1.7. Should 1BET suspect fraud or fraudulent activity on the customer's behalf payments will be charged back and 1BET holds the right to withhold any payouts or winnings. 1BET reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal amounts from the customer's account if the customer’s live-betting activity acts as grounds for suspicion of card counting.

    7.1.8. 1BET reserves the rights to withhold and/or decline any payouts or winnings made in result of abuse or attempted abuse of (i) bonuses, (ii) promotions, (iii) new games or existing.

     
  • 8. General Promotion Term and Conditions

    8.1. The following terms govern the Online Sports and Casino promotions:

    8.1.1. Sports bonuses cannot be played in the casino, and vice versa. Any fraudulent actions and/or bonus misuse will lead to bonus withdrawal and all winnings attached to it will be revoked.

    8.1.2. Players who participate in one promotion cannot enter another promotion of the same type (sports/casino) or win any free bets/free spins during the promotion period. Players can have only one active sports/casino bonus at a time.

    8.1.3.1BET reserves the right to cancel any promotion for any customer or group of customers, according to its judicial opinion.

    8.1.4. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the terms and conditions, as 1Bet reserves the right to change these conditions at any time.

    8.1.5. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of these promotion’s specific terms and conditions and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.

    8.1.6. If there are any explicitly mentioned wager requirements in the relative promotion, customers are required to meet them, hence, point 3.14 from the general T&C should not be taken into consideration.

    8.1.7. All promotions are subject to change at any time. 1BET reserves the right to change, cancel or refuse bonus at its own discretion.
